Scientific and International Cooperation Department of the University (goals and tasks)

• Necessary investigations in order to know the status of universities in other countries to formulate cooperation programs with them in line with the Internationalization policies of the university.
• Providing services required for traveling of the academic staff members and official delegations abroad, as well as hosting foreign delegations and guests from universities outside Iran in cooperation with faculties and educational and scientific Departments.
• Taking necessary measures to attract non-Iranian students and create a transnational scientific environment.
• Creating the necessary conditions to attract and follow the admission process of international students.
• Effective cooperation in attracting and accepting international students.
• Follow-up of necessary measures and coordination for the conclusion of international scientific agreements with the aim of student exchange and holding international joint scientific courses.
• Promoting the education level based on international experiences​.
• Trying to make the university more attractive for non-Iranian professors and students.
• Marketing and participating in international exhibitions in order to introduce the university and to attract international students.
• Preparation and editing of international catalogs and brochures related to the university activities.
• Necessary measures to introduce the capacities in the university at the international level.
• Developing policies and programs related to international and regional relations and cooperation of the university with other universities and international scientific and research centers.
• Encouraging educational and Scientific Departments to participate in international conferences and meetings.
• Carrying out international correspondence of the university with other universities and scientific centers abroad.
• Cooperation with scientific Departments in holding seminars and international conferences in the university.
• Inviting prominent and best-known international scientific figures and professors to attend, teach and delivering lectures at the university.
• Introducing top foreign professors to be benefited from by the professors and students of the university based on the relevant criteria and communicating with Iranian representatives abroad and obtaining information needed for holding, introducing and encouraging professors and students to participate in those international events abroad.
• Communication and cooperation with international organizations which are working on university ranking.
• Attending the international scientific and educational exhibitions and fairs
• Taking the necessary measures regarding issuing certificates and introducing professors and students to foreign embassies for obtaining Visa.
• Cooperation with foreign universities in order to lay the common projects for scientific and educational cooperation.
• Holding necessary workshops in line with the university missions.
