According to the Qom university Public Relations & News Department, based on this cooperation agreement, which was signed by Dr. Faqihi and Prof. Langer the dean of basic sciences of both universities, student and laboratory exchanges between the parties were emphasized, as well as an agreement on the exchange of professors and students and the organization of study opportunities ,joint researches and sabbatical leaves .

Rostock University was founded in 1419, which is the oldest university in the Baltic Sea region and the third oldest university in Germany. In February 2019, the celebration of the 600th anniversary of the establishment of this university was held in the city of Rostock.

This university includes 14 faculties and has more than 15,000 students and is ranked as the 524th best university in the world and ranked 44th among German universities.
