According to the Qom University Public Relations & News Department, after a year of consultation and correspondence regarding the cooperation between the two universities of Qom and Shanghai, China, a high-ranking delegation from Shanghai University of China was a guest of Qom University.

In this meeting, attended by Dr. Fazeli, Director of International Relations of Qom University, a cooperation agreement was signed regarding the recruitment of students in the desired fields and research cooperation related to the master’s and PhD students'  thesis , exchanging the  visiting  professors  in the universities of both side  to teach.
