Necessary Documents for Enrolment in all Courses:
-Picture (3*4 cm size)
-Passport
-The certificate of graduation of former academic degrees (B.S, B.A, M.S, M.A) and their transcripts.
To receive the student ID number, the student must obtain permission from the International Students Affairs Organization at the Ministry of the Science, Research and Technology of Iran.
A branch of publications office of Qom University is ready to provide you with copying and scanning your documents at the consular affairs department.
Necessary Documents to Issue Students Visa:
-The certificate letter for being student or being graduated from the university in which you are or you were studying.
-A copy of the first page of the passport and the scan of certificate letter of being student.
-A picture of the first page of the passport (a jpg picture with the resolution of 600 to 800 dpi)
-A scan of your photo (3×4 cm size)
-Filling in the application form and scanning it.
**Attention: the documents must be on flash memory or CD
Necessary Documents For Issuing Study Residence:
- The certificate letter for being student or being graduated from the university in which you are or you were studying.
-A picture or copy of the last page of the passport for the student who have the tracking code
-A picture or copy of student visa (the visa must be a student visa)
-Applying for health insurance through website (www.hayateamn.ir) and taking a copy or picture of it
-Filling in the residence application form and taking a copy of it.
-Transcript of the last academic degree(s) and your photo (3×4 cm size)
-The last academic degree(s) of the student
**The students who were born in Iran also must have the following documents:
-Birth certificate or local documentary evidence in additions to their copy or scan.
-A copy of the parent’s residence card containing the last extension of their residence
Necessary Documents For Applying Residence Extension
-Passport
-Certificate letter of studying at university and the transcript.
-A copy of the first page of passport and also a copy of the latest residence card.
-Paying the expenses of extending residence visa credit card to the account of Immigration Police Department.
Attention: The student should refer to consular affairs in the province in which they study at least 25 days before the expiration of their residence.
It is worth mentioning that according the rules of the University of Qom the ladies who decide to study in this university must regard full IslamicHijab (Chaador) while studying at the university.
