The shooting team of female students of Qom University won the championship position in the team competition and won the second place in the individual competition.

According to the news and public relations department of Qom University, the girls' shooting team of Qom University won 2 gold medals, 2 silver medals and one bronze medal in the individual division and won the second place in the competition of the 4th academic   region of the country.

In this round of competitions, in the individual air rifle section, Fatemeh Hatefi and Fazeleh Alizadeh from Qom University won the first and second place, and in the individual air pistol section, students of Qom University including :  Zainab Barati, Atefeh Mohaghegzadeh and Fatemeh Thaqafi, won the  first, second and the third place. Also, the team of Qom University won the championship in air rifle and air pistol team competitions. With the obtained results, the team of Qom University won was qualified   to participate in the National   Sports Olympics  of the universities  in  the country.
